Monisha K Gumber

Monisha K Gumber is an Indian author of immensely popular Graphic Teen Novels called SICK OF BEING HEALTHY, DYING TO LIVE and finally the third in this series DOLLY WON’T PLAY. These three novels are now offered in a combined form titled the TEEN TRILOGY.

She also has another novel meant for older readers, called BAAHIR (previously BAHIR) which is about a Pakistani woman’s struggles for survival in the Middle East. All her books have been in the bestselling list of their categories.

Through her work, she raises serious issues like low self-esteem, negative body image, academic pressures, child abuse and immigrant lives in her signature lightweight style. Currently she lives in UAE with her family, is a management consultant pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.
