Hello Sir, thank you for agreeing this Interview

AMIT- Let’s start with a formal introduction. Tell us something about yourself and the things which define you and your lifestyle?

SIR- Well, I am just a simple guy with very small ambitions and aspirations. By profession, I am a bank officer and I work at State Bank of India. The thing which can define me in one world is – self-obsession. I love myself more than anyone else in this world. I do whatever I want, without bothering about what my friends and people would think about me. Someone has rightly said “Duniya Ka Sabse Bada Rog, Ki Kya Kahenge Log”.

AMIT-After grand success of your book in a row, according to you what is hardest thing of writing?

SIR-Nothing. Absolutely nothing! For me writing is a fun. It is something I live for. It is something which comes from heart and which is so spontaneous. I love to express myself through writing as it not only provides me a soothing relief, rather it makes me realize my own worth as a writer apart from being a mere human being.

AMIT-How was your experience with your very first publisher?

SIR-. Once the market accepts and appreciates your works, everything becomes easy. But initially, you have to face a number of hardships. Publishers exploit you, force you to spend money and pay you less. Though things have been changed now but I have also gone through the same phase.

AMIT-What is your favourite genre in writing and reading?

SIR- I love to read, write and explore each and every genre. But love and relationships attract me the most.

AMIT- On other note, what is the one thing which you would wish to do differently, in case you get another chance?

SIR- I would have never let her go – the girl for whom I have written my first novel “I Am Heartless.” I would have never cheated on her. I would have loved her and given her all the happiness she deserved. I wish, I could.

AMIT- Life of a banker (your job) or life as an author, which one is your favourite?

SIR- Obviously, life of an author. It completes me.

AMIT- What are you working on at the minute?

SIR- Right now I am working on “U TURN: The Verdict” which is based on our country’s contemporary issues. “The Greatest Story Never Told”, a historical-contemporary thriller, is also in process. Apart from these “The Real Heroes of India” and “The Money Makers” are also scheduled to hit the market by the end of this year. Both of the books belong to non-fiction genre.

AMIT- Name a book you wish you've written?

SIR- Can I name two? Eleven Minutes and I Too Had a Love Story.

AMIT- Best piece of advice for writers trying to break in?

SIR- Be true to yourself first and then to others. Just concentrate on the purity of story rather than on other marketing stuff because at the end of day it is only your hard work and creativity that will take you ahead in this field.

Ayush, one of your big fan want to ask you something

Ayush- We have seen your love for Anoop Sir! Tell us how special he is for you?

SIR- He is everything to me – my teacher, my friend, my guide and my Idol. He stood beside me when I was nothing. He motivated me, inspired me, and guided me on each and every step of my life. In short, he is my God or my Godfather, whatever you may call.

AMIT- And the last one, something personal about you, people may be surprise to know?

SIR- I am not heartless. I do have a heart.

I know that was pathetic but can’t help with my comic sense. It sucks I know. But the truth is – my life is an open book. There is nothing I can tell you.

Thank you so much Sir!
