Anusha Gumber

Anusha Gumber, is an 18 year old student who just finished her high school. A few months back, inspired by some documentaries related to health and sustainability, she went vegan for moral reasons. According to her, Veganism is not a diet but a way of life, branching out into predominately 3 facets: Health, Ethics, and the Environment. She does not judge any one based on their food choices but believes that most people if gently guided and educated, would want to do the right thing. Anusha lives in Abu Dhabi with her family including four pets. --This text refers to the paperback edition.
