Gemma Minda Io

A committed public servant, a consummate single parent, and an emerging public speaker, Gemma writes non-fiction narratives and is currently beginning to dabble with fiction.

Gemma has been a freelance writer/editor since 2001. She is working on her third book and intends to write books until her hair is gray. She is currently the Culture and Arts Officer of the Province of Negros Oriental (Region VII, Philippines), concomitantly, she serves as Community Training & Employment Coordinator attached to the Provincial Public Employment Services Office (PESO).

She lives in Dumaguete City with her children and her ubiquitous laptop.
