Lt. Cdr Bijay Nair (retd), 42, a passionate runner; was a commissioned Naval Officer from Naval Academy and served 10 year relinquishing as LtCdr, with many medals and accolades. Have been part of Operation Vijay (famously known as Kargil war) and is decorated with Kargil Medal.
In 2003 and 2004 he was awarded commendation by Flag officer western Naval command, in 2006 he was awarded with prestigious Chief of Naval Staff commendation.
Currently he works for National Ship Classification Society, ; in their Promoted Organisation and Heads Quality, Compliance and Audits as Associate Vice President. He is an Engineer, Mtech from Navy and an MBA from JBIMS.
He is a blogger and writer with humor as his forte. He is Author of one of the best sellers titled #They Inspire which has sold close to 3000 copies. It is one of the best inspirational book on collection of stories of common people.
He is a motivational speaker and speaks at various forums.
