Fascinating and true stories of travellers who were caught up in unexpected events or tricky situations: a South American revolution, a plane crash in the desert, a cannibal conclave, a journey with a mad prospector, an encounter with pirates. Journeys into the unknown, which often result in a struggle for survival.
This is the ninth Rupa anthology compiled by Ruskin Bond. Like the others, it is full of good writing. Here are stories to charm or thrill true tales of travellers who often found themselves in tight corners, and how they got out of them!"
