Tilly Bagshawe is the internationally bestselling author of three previous novels. A teenage single mother at 17, Tilly won a place at Cambridge University and took her baby daughter with her.
She went on to enjoy a successful career in The City before becoming a writer. As a journalist, Tilly contributed regularly to the Sunday Times,
Daily Mail and Evening Standard before following in the footsteps of her sister Louise and turning her hand to novels.
Tilly's first book, Adored, was a smash hit on both sides of the Atlantic and she hasn't looked back since. She is married to Robin Needs,
an American businessman and former investment banker, and the couple have two young sons as well as Tilly's daughter Safi, who is now 18.
The family divide their time between their homes in Kensington and Los Angeles and their beach house on Nantucket Island.

Sidney Sheldon's The Tides of Memory is a story that revolves around the lives of all the members of the De Vere family. The members of this family seem to have everything going in their favor, whether it is their monetary position or their close-knit bonds with each other.
For the onlookers, the De Vere family has lots of property and they end up spending their time in their London mansion, their Oxford shire country house and their huge Martha's Vineyard estate. Their leisurely lifestyle is the envy of everyone around them.
But what most people are unaware of, is the fact that under what seems to be a glittery, perfect world for the De Verse, there is a lot of ugliness. There are several secrets associated with the members of this family and many of those secrets are deadly ones.
Their presumably perfect family-relations are also far from that, with flaws that only a few know of. Many of the mistakes that these family members made in their youth refuse to stay hidden under the cover of pretense. With age-old hatred resurfacing, this family could very well lose all that they have, very soon.
What is now left to be seen is just how far each member of the De Vere family will go to prove their loyalty to their family name and prevent it from being tarnished.
The first edition of Sidney Sheldon's The Tides of Memory has been published by Harper, in the year 2013 and is available in paperback.
