Giriraj Swami is a renowned spiritual leader and teacher. He has lectured extensively in India and throughout the world and overseen projects in Bombay, Mauritius, South Africa, Spain, Portugal, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.

He founded the Bhaktivedanta Hospice and the Institute of Palliative Care in Vrindavan, India, where he also led the development of the Kirtan Ashram for women.

Giriraj Swami's recent publications include Life's Final Exam: Death and Dying from the Vedic Perspective (2015), Many Moons: Reflections on Departed Vaishnavas (2012), and Watering the Seed (2010).
