Baxter is the owner/CEO of Machine Data Insights, Inc., a certified Splunk architect, developer, and a machine learning practitioner with over 40 years of experience in various engineering and analysis disciplines including component-level electronics, radio/satellite, networks, capacity and performance modeling, speech technology, packet-level analysis, programming, data analysis and modeling tool development, and Splunk architecture, administration, and machine learning solutions. James is also a private pilot and holds an Extra class amateur radio license and FCC Radiotelephone license.
