Software developer in several industries, including Healthcare, test equipment (SCSI), and Engineering. Have managed small and medium-sized (up to 12 engineers, both hardware and software) teams.

Specialties: In my career, I have had experience in many areas and have shown the ability to become productive quickly in whatever is needed. I have extensive experience in Windows programming, especially in C++ and C#. In that area, I have worked on applications using .NET, ASP.NET, MFC, Windows Forms, and COM.

However, I am now retired from Engineering and have become an author of science fiction novels. My first novel in a trilogy, Tau Ceti: A Ship From Earth was published in March, and the second, Tau Ceti: The New Colonists, in November of 2014. I am currently working on the third novel, Tau Ceti: The Immortality War, and hope to publish it late in 2015.
