Having setup up his own successful mid market hotel brand VITS – Luxury business hotels at the early age of just 22! He then has gone on to further his success with Kamat’s original family highway restaurants. Together they have over 70 outlets, serving over 60 lakh people each year. He became a crorepati with these two brands using his own sales and marketing techniques at 29 !

A keen believer in innovation and in depth knowledge of his field, he has 3 patents to his credit. With numerous books, audio programs and articles, he has gone to the depths of each aspect. His belief is that the purpose of business is return on capital or return, be it Mental, Money or Manpower capital. He believes in profitable growth that can only come from the four areas of business. Clear Strategy, efficient Operations, People creation, and aggressive sales & marketing.

His exposure and business deals done in over 16 countries including, US, UK, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, China, Japan, Honk Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, have meant that he has global knowledge to ensure local success.

A firm believer in lean management, kaizen and Vipassana, he has extended all learning to the various industries. A regular coach, guide and consultant, he doesn’t believe in luck and so only believes “in do your best” and not best of luck.

He has till date interacted with hundreds of hotel owners, in over hotel locations, and trained over 2000 professionals through his training, speeches and seminars.
