Ashim Basnet

Ashim is a Hydropower Engineer by profession and a writer by passion. He did his Civil Engineering from Kolkata and went on to complete his master’s from IIT Roorkee. This is his first novel although he had self published a collection of short stories earlier in 2018.

He basically writes about human emotions which are undoubtedly universal. He is 47 years old and he realized his passion for writing a bit late, but he is sure it was for the better as now he has seen the world in almost all its complexities which helps him add more depth to his writing.

Ashim's wife is a doctor and he has two kids. He lives in the beautiful town of Gangtok, India.
