Priyanka Varma is a graduate from University of Western Ontario, Toronto, Canada. She has lived in India, Middle East and Canada for over 20 years and has done her schooling from Sacred Heart Jamshedpur, Indian School, Muscat and Milliken Mills High School, Canada.
She has worked for leading organizations such as Astral Media (Toronto), Union Bank of Switzerland (Toronto) and Amity University (India). She has volunteered at Women's College Hospital in Toronto and Red Cross Canada. She has also mentored troubled children for a program called 'Stand by Me' in London, Ontario (Canada). In university, she worked for raising awareness about headrests positioning in cars for a campaign called, 'Head Restraint Campaign' carried out by Insurance Bureau of Canada. She enjoys reading, swimming, writing poetry and playing the keyboard in her free time. Her first poem was published in Khaleej Times (Oman) when she was eight years old. She plans to pursue her PhD in
Management in the near future. She currently resides in Delhi, India with her husband and daughter.
