Dr. Ajay Rai has over 30 years experience of counseling, mentoring, and consultancy, with some amazing results. He also has written over 68 books on subjects related to counseling and mentoring, published by international and national publishers. An alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, he has worked in multiple sectors of education in international organizations. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology of Work, which was based on his research that identified areas that have significant job generation potential now and in future. Most of what he identified has come out true.
