Anindita Bose

Anindita Bose loves to nurture various disciplines of art. As an academician, she mentors people for English Language and Study Abroad Programs. Her poetry collections ‘I Know the Truth of a Broken Mirror’ published by Writers Workshop and ‘illuminate darkness – the fireflies’ published by Raa Publication are widely acclaimed. As an independent script-writer, she created a Bengali short film, Anubhobe (2020). Her poetry films got selected in Glass House Festival 2020. Co-founding Rhythm Divine Poets, a poetry group in Kolkata, has been a milestone in her life. She is the editor for EKL Review, and the Festival Manager for Chair Poetry Evenings, Kolkata’s International Poetry Festival. She co-edited the short stories’ book Dynami Zois [Life Force] published by Virasat Art Publication. Her experience of work extends to subtitling short films of vernacular languages. As a translator her credits are - Tales of Forest & Daily Cartoons About Kashmir translated for Institute of Social-Cultural Studies, Alexander’s Hidden Treasure & Satan Is Awake translated for Biva Publication, My Daughter for Virasat Art Publication.
