Abhisar Sharma is a television journalist with the TV Today Network, and has worked in the Indian television news industry for the last fifteen years. The Afghanistan-Pakistan region has always held a special fascination for him. His story 'Laal Masjid Ka Safed Sach' (The True Story of the Red Mosque) won him India's highest journalism award, the Ramnath Goenka Indian Express Award, in 2008-2009.
