The adventure/crime genre is perhaps one of the most popular genres when it comes to novels. The Complete Adventures Of Felida - Vol. 2 is part of a two set omnibus that includes all the thrilling detective stories of the Felida series. In India, the Felida series rivals the other great detective stories of the West like those of Sherlock Holmes and Hercules Poirot.
The Felida series were originally written between the years of 1965 and 1992, and as such, there exist a total of thirty five Felida detective stories till date. The books revolve around the protagonist, Pradesh C Miter, the beloved detective, better known as Felida.
Felida, with the help of his teenaged cousin and assistant Tap ash Ranjan Miter, better known as Top she solves mysteries and crimes. The book has Top she’s whimsical narrative, which makes The Complete Adventures Of Felida - Vol. 2 all the more relatable and sometimes downright funny.
In The Complete Adventures Of Felida - Vol. 2, Felida is confronted with his archenemy, Mangal Mehran. Felida must outwit his enemy in order to solve a series of intriguing crimes committed all over the globe.
The book sees Felida and his trusted assistant, Top she, travel from Kathmandu to London, solving crimes wherever they may be. The book was published by Penguin India in 2004, and is available in paperback.
