His first book of poems was published with instant fame when he was of 22 YO and was instantly honoured with an Honorary Doctor of Literature from World Academy of Arts and Culture, California, with invitations to literary meets in India and overseas. At present he runs a humble institute, Costa School of English teaching English as well as giving talks on Happiness that can be achieved by living a simple life, minimum wants and living one day at a time, that is, living for the Now. Former Assistant Poetry Editor, Eastlit, Bob lives in Kolkata but dreams of mountain mist floating through the open window and bringing the soft peals of bells from the Buddhist temple into his room.
