This is an execellent novel: a very good psychological thriller about various murders linked to a family, beautifully written prose, beautifully evokes the atmosphere of the various places in Western India (including Mumbai) in which the novel is set, well-developed characters, and the suspense and build up to the final climax is just brilliant. Unputdownable and such a pleasure to read. And I have to say much much better than most of the fiction on the NYT Best Sellers list. This novel was published in India and did not get much of an exposure in the US. I hope it does now.
